In summer 09 i moved to macbook away from windows to make daily browsing and work experience a little less frustrating with wonderful vista flaws that it was born with. Mac OS 10 was great until windows 7 happened. Microsoft certainly spend some real good time on building windows 7. Setting the graphics and all the cool features aside, windows 7 has been very smooth OS so far, even though i have too much junk on it. Since last two months i have not touched my macbook. Yeah thats how good 7 is. Once again i am here trying to make a final choice to carry on with rest of the year. It’s tough quiet honestly. Ahh choices.
So, What was that about?
Apparently somehow my entire domain file structure was deleted. After emailing dreamhost they dont know how or what happend. Since dreamhost has full backup restores available for 2 weeks, i requested to do a full restore on domain. Recieved email in few hours stating backups are not available and unfortunately they cannot restore any of my files.
Are You Kidding Me?!
You would be thinking why din’t i backup wordpress or entire folder. Why would i do that if i am paying a webhosting company who performs full backups and keeps restores available upto 2 weeks.
Anyways, enough of ranting.. It’s going to take me a week or two to get things together and get the blog rolling. I have been very busy with few transitions lately.
